RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return unused items within 14 days after the delivery date and receive a refund for the item price or store credit valid for our entire catalog, with no time limit. Please note that exchanges are not possible. Returned items must be shipped from the same country/region where the goods were originally received.
We kindly remind you to securely package the items in the original NINO NANO box. If this is not possible, please use a neutral, durable box to ensure the items arrive safely and undamaged.
We cannot accept returns for damaged items.
